After a few weeks of waiting, I finally received my order.
However, the 9P tv box I received has a faulty Ethernet port (hardware issue).
I tried to contact the customer service about the faulty tv box I had received, the customer service keeps diverting the problem, asking me to do checks about WiFi connection that are not related to the actual problem.
Hope the customer service can face up to the actual hardware issue of the tv box and send a replacement set to me.
